The free-floating barrel and bedded action ensure consistent accuracy shot after shot, while the spiral fluted bolt reduces weight and enhances manipulation ease. The bolt assembly is finished with a silver nitride coating for added corrosion resistance, and the revised handle and knob shape facilitate smooth cycling. The DLX trigger is a three-lever design with zero creep, zero take-up, and zero overtravel, factory preset at 3.5 pounds and adjustable down to 3.0 pounds, providing a crisp, reliable trigger pull.
